Dr. Majid Fesharaki is a postdoctoral research assistant in the School of the Built Environment at the University of Salford in Manchester (UK). His research area is on Building Information Modelling (BIM) with a focus on BIM heritage (HBIM). He is also a building energy modeller with a specific interest in the modelling of domestic and non-domestic buildings. Majid has extensive
industry background, including working with international construction companies. Majid educational background is in Civil Engineering, he earned his MSc in Building Engineering from University of Greenwich (UK), and his Postgraduate Certificate in Research (PGCert) from University of West London (UK), his PhD in building energy efficiency was awarded in 2018 from University of Salford (UK). Majid received a prestigious grant from European Union Regional Fund and is working on publishing papers.
